Saharsa Constable Recruitment Exam: Candidates Allowed Entry Only After Intensive Security Checks



Saharsa: The final phase of the Constable Recruitment Examination conducted by the Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) was held in Saharsa amid tight security arrangements.

Candidates appearing for the examination were allowed to enter the exam halls only after a detailed checking process. Officials conducted verification of admit cards, biometric checks, and thorough security screening before permitting candidates inside the examination centres.



A total of 9 examination centres were set up across Saharsa district for the recruitment exam, including District School, Manohar High School Purab Bazar, Anugrah Narayan Singh Memorial High School Jail Colony, Manohar High School Baijnathpur, and other designated centres.

The examination was conducted in a single shift from 12 PM to 2 PM. Entry for candidates was allowed only until 11 AM. Strict arrangements were made by the district administration to ensure a fair and cheating-free examination.

Magistrates and police personnel were deployed at all examination centres for security and monitoring. Around 5,000 candidates were expected to appear in the final phase of the constable recruitment examination.



Special trains were also operated by the railway department to help candidates travel smoothly from different locations, including special services from Purnia Court and Supaul via Saharsa to Patliputra.

The examination concluded peacefully under strict security supervision in Saharsa.
